Devon and Cornwall Police say they are investigating the death of a 33-year-old man on Tuesday (18 July). The man, named locally as Todd Riggs, from Holsworthy, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another one of the new Hitachi trains destined to go into service through Devon next summer has been spotted speeding along the scenic coastal route - in disguise.
