A toddler in Dawlish suffered a shocking wound to his head - which his dad has blamed on an inconsiderate pavement parker. A 70-year-old woman was left terrified after a fire started at her home this morning. The woman had to be treated by medics after the incident in South Devon just after 6am. Three crews from Dawlish, Middlemoor and Teignmouth were mobilised following the call from the distressed woman.
