A nurse at a Devon mental health hospital feared for her life when a patient turned nasty and put his hands around her neck. Chay Bignell grabbed the woman by both hands and squeezed when he wasn't getting his own way at the Langdon Hospital in Dawlish , Exeter Crown Court was told.
