Devon trains cancelled on Friday because of oncoming storm Natiolnal Raiol has warned that trains in Devon will be disrupted on Friday because of the oncoming storm. 'Severe weather' including howling winds of up to 70mph have forced CrossCountry to cancel all services from Exeter to Newton Abbot between 4.30pm and 9.30pm this evening.
