A HAIR-CUTTING service for the homeless has been launched in Dawlish. Hair In The Community provides hair cuts to those living on the streets and the vulnerable. Started in Exeter in 2009, it has expanded its services to run monthly sessions at the Strand Centre in Dawlish.
