SOUTH West Water unveiled its extensive plans to improve water quality and reduce the use of storm overflows in Dawlish at a public information event. Improvement works are set to be completed in 2026. Work to improve water quality and reduce the use of storm overflows in the Dawlish area is set to begin early next year, South West Water (SWW) said.

Would be better if we saw the mayor opening the bridge over the brook in the manor gardens. I will not be holding my breath to see it as I will be long gone before it/if it happens. The council are a waste of space. Not at all interested in the proper local projects that will benefit the community.
The Mayor of Dawlish was the special guest at the launch of the new show homes at Taylor Wimpey’s Brook Vale development month. Cllr Lin Goodman-Bradbury visited the new community on Friday 11th October to officially open the two show homes before the first customers got the chance to look around.
