Yes I remember there was a large bridge that connects area 4 Langdon with Area 3 Secmaton Farm. I also remember that there were 3 options of where the bridge could be put, and that at that point the cost was thought to be around £1million. I imagine it is talking about the proposed link road joining up the Sainsbury's roundabout area with the Gatehouse area. I remember from the plans that part of the road would need a bridge.
What new bridge and where ? New section of link road - where ? Certainly a lack of detail and lots of fluff.
