I believe the land adjacent to the Lanherne sheltered housing scheme located on Exeter Road and which used to be allotments (but which is now very wildly overgrown) is a site that TDC has its eyes on for future council housing development. What age group target, what type of accommodation, how much etc I do not know.

So....I get that pedestrian safety is a concern in that area. But everyone living around here knows that it is a bottle neck in terms of traffic and that widening the pavement would only aggrevate the traffic congestion.
