Tributes have poured in after yet another bird has been killed by an out-of-control dog at the bird sanctuary in Dawlish - home to the famous black swans and a collection of ornamental wild fowl. Bird and animal lovers are distraught and Dawlish Town Clerk is warning that it will prosecute owners who do not keep their dogs on leads. Read more... ...
