A driver who was pulled over for driving with a loud exhaust ended up in custody after providing a positive roadside drugs test. Wish they would outline the case for getting potholes fixed grass verges cut etc and all the local things that we pay our council tax for. Devon county council have mismanaged the budget by millions of pounds so this is a good side show to take the pressure off.

They blame 'crazy' new safety measures which made the road narrower Huge traffic jams built up and people got out of their vehicles to watch the drama.
