A PEACE POLE will be erected in Dawlish tomorrow as part of events to mark the United Nations International Day of Peace. The evening’s events start at 5pm at the Strand Centre. The focus is on a gathering, ahead of the day itself on Sunday, for an inspiring evening of peace and community.

FIREFIGHTERS have released dramatic images of a fire at a derelict building in Kingsteignton that saw five fire engines, an aerial ladder platform and a water carrier attend.
