The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has said that a significant majority of show organisers have declined to co-operate with the new guidelines. One suspect was taken into custody yesterday evening, suspected of being related to burglary offences in the Dawlish region. Whilst burglaries are rare, there is often a trend in a spike of burglaries over a short period of time. The suspect was spotted by a vigilant Dawlish PCSO and swiftly raised the alarm.
