REPAIRS to a large sink hole which appeared along the sea wall between Teignmouth and Dawlish have been completed. The footpath along the sea wall between Teignmouth and Smugglers Lane has now reopened.
TEAMS from Teignbridge Council have started assessing and repairing damage to seafront and coastal areas following the impact of Storm Ingrid last week. Both Teignmouth and Dawlish were hit particularly hard, with powerful waves throwing debris onto roads, paths, and public spaces.

DAWLISH has suffered for the second time in three days as Storm Chandra brought a torrent of water through the town. The colossal amount of rain has led to roads being waterlogged and warnings to stay away from the Brook until water levels drops.
