My ancester, a sister of George Eli Newman, married a McKeoun boy, I suppose at the turn of the century. The Mckeoun brothers boxed in the ring at Anderton & Rowlands Fair, now Rowlands Fair. Has anyone information on this. I am not sure of the spelling of McKeoun, it could be McKewan. My ancester helped sell tickets on the tombola. That's all I have. Thanks
Does anyone know a reliable builder in Dawlish, who will do small alterations? We have tried leaving phone messages to various builders but very few even have the courtesy to reply. Others come to quote, but the quote never arrives.
Couple with two very young children looking to rent affordable accommodation in the area asap. Most estate agent properties specify "no children" for some reason - as does our present landlord. Currently renting in Dawlish - both working, responsible and always pay rent on time. Can anyone help?
