The Apple Fair is a fun family day of events and activities to celebrate South Devon’s apple harvest: although it’s been a hard year for apple-growers throughout the county, Promenade Promotions and The Uncommon Players have joined forces to present workshops, games and performances all focussed around “Pomona” their mobile apple press. Bring along your apples to be crushed into your very own apple juice, or ask our resident expert how best to look after the apple and pear trees in your garden. There will be sideshow booths, workshop activities, performances, traditional games (and some non-traditional ones!) and music. So bring everyone from all the branches of your family – all old fruits and young pipsqueaks welcome!
