Shutterton Park Limited are holding a Public Exhibition to present proposals for Shutterton Park, Dawlish. The site is situated South of Shutterton Lane and to the East of Exeter Road (A379), and will form a new gateway into Dawlish.
The exhibition is being held as an opportunity to engage and consult the general public to gather views and suggestions on proposals for Shutterton Park, Dawlish. Comments will be used to inform a planning application which is likely to be submitted Summer 2012.
The scheme will ensure the sustainable planned growth of Shutterton Park to deliver new homes, community facilities and public open space. The scheme will support delivery of Teignbridge District Council's Preferred Options Core Strategy.
The Public Exhibition will be held on Friday 11th May -5pm-9pm and Saturday 12th May- 10am-4pm
