Dawlish Lawn

Dawlish Celebrate Family Funday. 12noon-5pm throughout the day there will be FREE face painting, FREE balloon modelling, stalls and rides.

Throughout the afternoon there will be performances from Exeter Pipes and Drums Footlights, Dawlish Dancers (formerly Dawlish Divas), Taekwondo,and a live music band and in the marquee there will be various competitions which are all FREE to enter.

Children's Section Competitions. Exhibits in place by 11am, Judging at 11.30am, Prize giving 3.30pm

4 DECORATED CUP CAKES. Class 1: 5yrs-7yrs * Class 2: 8yrs-11yrs * Class 3: 12yrs-15yrs.

HAND DRAWN, PAINTED OR CRAFTED PICTURE OF THE RED ARROWS (not to exceed 30cm x 43cm) Class 1: 5yrs-7yrs * Class 2: 8yrs-11yrs *Class 3: 12yrs-15yrs.

SPECIAL TEDDY. 1 special Teddy dressed in fancy dress costume. Age up to 4 inclusive

GARDEN ON A PLATE/TRAY- Class 1: 5yrs-7yrs * Class 2: 8yrs-11yrs

HANDS ON TABLE: Hands on table to decorate paper plates or peg dolly and then entered into the competition if you wish.

PAPER PLATE- Class 1: 3yrs-5yrs * Class 2: 6yrs-8yrs

PEG DOLLY- Class 1: 3yrs- 5yrs * Class 2: 6yrs-8yrs

Adult Competitions. Exhibits in place by 11am, Judging at 11.30am, Prize giving 3.30pm

VICTORIA SPONGE. 1 Victoria sponge, jam filling, top dusted with caster sugar.

SCONES. 4 Plain scones.

SUMMERTIME. Flower arrangement of summer flowers in a container with oasis, not to exceed 36cm x 36cm no restriction on height.

SCENIC DAWLISH. Photo taken in Dawlish, hard copy not to exceed 30cm  36cm.

From 7.30pm onwards, hog roast and 60's tribute band in the Marquee, ticket only event £5 a ticket to include the hog roast roll.
