This is a seaside resort, right? So, why is it that the traditional key feature of a seaside resort - to wit - the beach, - is covered with rotting, stinking vegetation here? Yes I know the real answer is 'photosynthesis', but why doesn't someone with a large wheelbarrow go and clear it up every summer morning. Hey, it would make the beach look and smell nice.
