  • Discussion of illegal activity, or posting links to other websites that deal with such activities.

Acceptable Website Use

You agree, through your use of Dawlish.com, that you will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

You agree, through your use of Dawlish.com, not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dawlish.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses, resulting from

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Dawlish.com exceed the greater of one hundred English Pounds (£100.00) or the amount you paid Dawlish.com, if any, in the past six months giving rise to the claim.

The limitations of this subsection shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and whether or not Dawlish.com have been informed of the possibility of any such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

The failure of Dawlish.com to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Dawlish.com is controlled from within the country of England. It can, however, be accessed from other places. Although these places may have different laws from those of England, by accessing Dawlish.com you agree that the laws of England, without regard to rules relating to conflict of laws, will apply to all matter relating to your use of Dawlish.com. You and Dawlish.com also agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, with respect to such matters. Users of Dawlish.com accessing it from places outside of England acknowledge that they do so voluntarity and are responsible for complying with local laws.
