Vehicle drivers are the worst when it comes to polution. They do not switch off when they could and I am told that a vehicle that is going no where but with it's engine running, causes more polution than a moving one. "To consider". I would have thought it is a no brainer. Air polution is another topic they should consider, that is a threat to all of us.

There is talk and there is doing. If, as is stated in other places, there is a shortage of skilled work forces in most countries, and the car industry employ's many of those skilled workers. There would need to be a lot of planning to move a factory from one country to another. Does anyone remember the so called "brain drain" rubbish that was designed to scare some people. Perhaps the vehicle is classed as a medical aid. If it is/was, then no traffic laws can touch it. Strange things can happen every day.

May not have been such an idiot parking on the pavement. The photographer will know whether or not there may have been a mechanical problem, and the driver got the car out of the way from the rest of the traffic on the road. The traffic on the pavement still had room to pass.
