Beyond Dawlish

Hi, just flown out of Brussels Airlines DEL Terminal. Impressed. The check-in staff were helpful and professional. Terminal experience was unproblematic, minimal waiting times. Boarding gate was somewhat remote but well signed. Enjoyed most the professionalism in coordination between the airline and airport staff. Security was efficient, and the airport amenities were clean and up-to-date. While the lounge access wasn’t available for economy, there were enough spots to sit and relax. Overall, a very positive departure experience with Brussels Airlines. I’d definitely consider flying them again.
