Maria Mallaband Care Group plans to open Claremont Manor in Dawlish, Devon, at the beginning of 2024.
The setting, designed for residential, nursing, palliative, respite and dementia care, is being built by Lawrence Baker Ltd with the interiors designed by Rebecca Hunter of Rebecca Hartley Interiors.
