A DAWLISH man will stand trial on charges of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour that was racially aggravated.
Ian James Mitchell, aged 40, of Linden Road, denies the charge.
He also denies a charge of possessing cocaine and another charge of assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Dawlish.
