Watching people walk along the sea wall between Dawlish and the Warren. Not a mask insight and need I say not much more than 6 feet apart or you would fall off the wall. Talk about playing Russian roulette.

People you need to start taking this seriously. What's a few weeks discomfort being at home rather than the possibility of a/ spreading the virus or b/ catching the virus.

I sometimes wonder what stupid tree so many people fall from

I watched with interest a young couple with a baby in a pushchair sitting by the brook in the sunshine yesterday ,two older people then arrived i presume grand parents one of them took a teddy from a bag and put it in the pushchair next to the baby now thats how stupid folk are.

face masks are next to useless and give a false sense of security unless you are face-fitted and trained to use them.

@Scapegoat....i do agree with you. To have a proper seal and test the mask for vacume and breath. Also having a clean shave and putting goggles on after you have established a proper seal on the mask. Also the correct type of mask and filters for the environment and that the filters are in date and still viable.

Stay safe Scapegoat and all participants on Dawlish.com..that includes the web master.

There are a lot of contradictions around at the moment on one hand Nurses are telling us not to wear surgical type masks and on the other hand they are telling us that they need them, but only give protection for a short while in a ward situation.  So my question is... why would they work for a short period 1 to 2 hours on a ward situation but not in Sainsburys?
