I don't want to poop on anyone's parade, well may be morty's, but bird watching and children seldom make for a quiet and tranquil bit of bird watching.... am I wrong?

Ornithology is the scientific study of birds. Birdwatching/twitching is a different thing altogether. You’re welcome.

What a lovely idea. Wish my kids were going enough, they'd have loved it. There's some great activities for kids. The leisure centre in particular runs some great sessions.
