Post office/One stop closure and refit 17th October To 1st November

The post office within the onestop on the strand will be closing at the close of trading on 17th October until 1st November.
The onestop itself will close Sunday 20th October until 1st November
They are refitting the shop( increasing floor space and stock) and the post office(reducing it to two counters,one of them open plan) and installing a post office local counter( parcels.post,pensions.benefits and bill payments etc) counter at the tills in the shop. This means that when the place reopens there will be post office facilities from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
Pass the word about to anyone you may know,especially any elderly or disabled people.
Alternative post offices during the closure will be Exeter Road (marine) or Teignmouth
