Have you noticed the parking sign at the Shoe Centre has been changed, it used to be three signs one saying - disabled bays - pay & display - no parking at any time - confused? so was the adjudicator who allowed a drivers appeal (not me I should add),

the DfT also spotted the lines in the disabled bays were not authorised, they have since been blacked out.

Devon CC "Having reviewed the sign and regulations, combining the disabled parking with a pay and display sign is permissible. The no waiting sign should not be combined with the other two signs.

DfT " I have checked our files and I can confirm that I have not found any authorisation for a parking sign and associated road marking for The Strand, Dawlish, Devon.
