Oh dear.  Won't be purchasing a programme and won't be attending anything to do with the carnival.  There's only so much pettiness you can put up with. @OurSoul - i have to disagree i think the new developments are currently ruining dawlish.  have you not noticed the odour which seems to be a permanent occurence.  our sewerage systems are not coping.  infrastructure never seems to be put into place first, it's all a back peddling mess afterwards.  you've got to laugh that the department is called 'planning' as that often seems to be the last ...
