Dawlish Webcam has Its uses even on Christmas Day.

@DJ . You are absolutely correct. She was interviewed on the BBC Breakfast programme, in the rain and mentioned breakwaters.
@Kaz . Well said. I think the breakwater/ wave breaking reef is a excellent idea. Anne Marie Morris seems to have changed her tune. Dawlish has lived with the coastal route for years and has not had a additional route. So many things to overcome yet before that one opens.

@Ken : @Leatash . Breakwaters was first mentioned by Anne Marie Morris in February this year, and she was all for it. Making the Sea Wall wider would help enormously but this could be done in the future. Everyone knows that It has to be made more resilant for the future.
@Leatash . Are you saying that Sea Wall should be moved further out to the sea? Because I had not thought of that, making it wider.
