What is this DARE organisation that I have heard about? Who runs it, how long has it been going and whats it for? (I know its Dawlish Against Ruining Everything). I went for a walk on Dartmoor with a friend today who told me that Dawlish has been this way for as long as he has lived down here ie twenty years. He doesn't think its likely to change.
