The bus only stops for a minute or two at most (I used it regularly at all times). Responsible and law abiding drivers ahould not 'take a chance', but only overtake when safe to do so. The issue that some bad drivers may react badly because they are frustrated should not prevent safe traffic measures.
Who was the councillor that according to Devon council engaged with the community?
