All this money being spent on cycle routes and it appears that we'll have a beautifully flat piece of real estate from Exeter to N. Abbot (at a minimum) within 10 years that would serve perfectly. P.S. Can I have one of the tunnels for mushroom farming?

Just got up to read that the Remainers on the London March pushed their placards into the fence surrounding the Police Memorial which was adorned with flowers in respect of Keith Palmer who lost his life during the Westminster attack. Unbelievable! Although I know that all Remainers are not involved; just as all Muslims are not involved in Jihad.....Those that did this are just vile scum.

If I wanted to negotiate any kind of deal would I: a) be making noises that if I didn't get fair treatment I would walk away with nothing rather than leave with detrimental terms or b) tell the other party everything that I would give them and put this in place before negotiations began in the forlorn hope that they might be benificent in return. Has anyone else noticed the plethora of signage that has appeared on Teignmouth Road? There are now 10 x 40mph signs each way (so 20 in total) located in the one mile stretch between Lea Mount and Derncleugh Gardens! What a waste of money - must be trying to use up this year's budget.

A quick search on Facebook reveals boths men originate from Sunderland.

Agree with Gary's analysis of Home Choice. I doubt many Dawlishians would agree that people from say Barnstaple, Ilfracombe etc should be considered 'local' for housing priority...but they are. This does not just apply to Devonians though. It is recognised that Housing Officers can re-grade 'problem cases' to give them a better chance of housing outside of their jurisdiction thus passing ...
