If Johnson is selected to be the next Tory leader then you can express an opinion of him at the ballot box, until then it's an internal Conservative party matter, unless you fancy joining in order to have a say.
What's the point of the TV debates, only members of the Conservative party will be able to vote for the leader, and I imagine the result is already a foregone conclusion.
