Well the link just worked for me. Despite boasting on the about us page that they are being more professional the page really needs proof reading, grammar, punctuation and use of capitals all pretty poor. You may think that this is petty but if you want to be professional and attract sponsors little things like this matter, if you cannot show attention to detail on something so basic it ...
The chamber mailing list all got sent details of what was being proposed by the councils with an opportunity to give feedback. I'm no longer a member but I still got it. if the councils chose not to consult residents in that area then that's a poor show but it's not the chamber's fault. @User 4549 , i was told that they are no longer a public interest company, no idea if that is right but if it is then they probably don't need to publish reports or accounts again!
Perhaps I'm old fashioned but I consider quite a lot of those examples to be crime, which should be dealt with as such. anti-social behaviour to me is belching at the dining table and breaking wind in public! Calling crime anti-social behaviour trivialises it and the impact of it.
