Whats wrong with scooping it at low tide with a large earth mover and bringing it above the shore line ? Is that using to much common sense ?

If it goes broke you'd get it for the rent only, unless it's making a killing that is...

You can stop on Double yellow lines to drop off of pick up passengers, unless you are waiting you must remain in your vehicle. Thats the law. If what you say is true, appeal and appeal again on that grounds you were dropping off vulnerable passengers and it unsafe to do so without stopping first. The first appeal to the council will be automatically rejected, you need to appeal to the adjudicator.

Traders need to be more cautions about the quality of the product they sell, quite often the meat and fruit and veg on sale is poor quality and has not been selected but just ordered and delivered from wholesalers leaving the seller trying to sell poor quality products, shoppers are not stupid, they will pay more than supermarket prices for quality but not for inferior goods. Reject poor produce, ...
