I am not surprised by his lack of enthusiasm and you can guarantee the first thing he did was run this by his Lib Dem master Protheroe, to concoct deflection, ensuring this important issue remains sidelined. In the meantime they will continue with more pressing matters, such as vacuous photo-shoots, posing with, children, animals and hats. Dawlish had better wake up soon and flood Teignbridge ...

I love Shakespeare too. It would appear the same could be said of Bardwell, if his/her name is anything to go by. So in reply, I will post some more words from the Bard that resonate with me. It's debate Bardwell. I pity those who quote Shakespeare to contrive superiority. I could paraphrase a million writers to claim relevance. Not that big a deal......
