It strikes me Devon and cornwall police are just lazy, they don't want the paperwork. My niece works for the Met and she is astounded at the lack o.f arrests for various offences here. She said any pub in London that had a pub like the Landsdowne would have it's licence revoked or curtailed. Apalling, I'm too nervous to walk with my dog anywhere near there. On a lovely evening it would be nice to walk to the sea across the lawns, and not have to go on the pavement across the road. Why is the town manager still crowing that everything is under control. it is a joke.

Citizens advice at the Manor House in conjunction with Dawlish assist has a food bank. Not a big one but people are assessed and if it is deemed they are in need they get free food.

Still they have a late lcence and continue to serve drunks, so no wonder there are problems. If that pub were in Exeter it would have lost its licence by now. Ihave that on good authority.
It appears he is bullet proof. Linda and John have had no response to their complaint. He appeared to disappear, and is now on holiday. As chairman of TDC I thought he needed to be contactable, but before his holiday no one seemed to know where he was. Very strange.
