Great question webmaster is there anyone can say the Police are saying this is or isn't arson or can we once and for all confirm what merlin's first post is actually correct and arson has not been deemed to the cause of this tragic fire (as told to me by two Police officers).
I have talked to TDC about this matter some years ago got no help from them said its network rail land maybe if some other business where to talk to them they may lisen might even pay to put it right for them

I belive the council had a lease from network rail for along time so perhaps at TDC you could see an old one quite easy what part of that lease intrests you ? I think the tenant will be responsable for the repair and insurance
