Well, I suspect bus companies will be losing even more revenue if the state pension age concessionary bus fare scheme disappears because pensioners won't be able to afford the full fare, therefore won't use the buses as often = bus operators will be getting less revenue. Ah yes - the impact of all of this on women in particular (especially as great play has been made by the government of how the new system will be of benefit to women). That will be my next line of research.
