Dawlish Community College to lose up to 23 jobs

this is on top of six teaching posts lost in recent years as staff who have left have not been replaced.

I fear for this school who are losing some crucial support staff.  They are not coping at the moment, I don't think the leadership is great and from the latest Ofcom report neither do they.  My son hasn't had a permanent maths teacher since he joined the school and he has one year to go.  Thankfully I've stuck with a tutor throughout his being there.

Josh Widdicombe is doing a support event for Ashburton school who are having similar problems.  Shame we haven't got any famous people we can rely on to raise money.  Unless Toby Buckland fancies doing something for his old school.

Who gives a toss about the education of our children??

 

All that matters is that we get a hard Brexit!!  Vote Mayhem.
