A Police organised crime-fighting agency has named a Dawlish man among a list of the ten most wanted in the South West.

According the police crime-fighting agency Zepher he now owes the authorities £24,000. His last known whereabouts were in Spain.

In the top 10 for £24k seems a little underwhelming. I wouldn't be surpised if he's still claiming from Spain!
