Severe weather is causing disruption to train services in Devon.CrossCountry Trains said it was running a reduced service between Exeter St David's and Plymouth on Saturday morning.Disruption was expected to continue until approximately 11am.Passengers affected are able to use Great Western Railway via any reasonable route.
