A Lifeline has been thrown to the multi-million pound youth centre in Dawlish, saving it from closure in the face of county budget cuts.

Earlier this year, Devon County Council announced it was to stop paying for the upkeep of the purpose-built £2.4million Red Rock Youth Centre, which would have left the flagship building high and dry.
