POLICE stations in Dartmouth, Bovey Tracey and Dawlish will close as part of a multi-million pound cost-saving programme, it has been revealed.

Devon and Cornwall Police plans to close dozens of stations and offices across the region in the next five years.

The announcement has been made in the light of an expected £54m budget cut which police say will create a 'radically different' police force.

The news of the closures comes with a warning that if the £54 cuts become reality then more stations face the axe.

Well its not a surprise its all about money with goverment cutting the Police budget there is worse to come we will have a response only Police Force the answer of course is a huge hike in Council Tax you know what they say you only get what you pay for.
