On the Wednesday 26th Novemebr at around 20.00 a member of public found a load of fishing wire wrapped around the life guard hut in Dawlish Warren Beach. The owner of a dog and another member of the public got caught up in it.
I would like to warn walkers, especially during the dark hours, to take care when walking in the area.
