Wasn't this story running a year ago?

Lynne, as there appears to be so many stories much like this it's possible it may have ran before. But examples such as this really gets my hair up ( what i have left that is ) Can't remember if the age's of the kids were stated. Does one get free child care if you have some sort of job? just asking, I'm still trying to get a handle on the UK benefit system which i find confusing. Do you get working tax credit if you do a small paying job?

Dear B.B. Don't get me bloody started.Wait for the flood gates to open in January.

But if you were needing benefits you wouldn't be entitled to sweet F.A.

Going to be Interesting that's for sure. I just don't understand how this and many others are allowed to get away with such abuse of the taxpayers money, but what can a humble British born person do about it, yes i know vote. I'm only allowed to claim a small portion of a UK State Pension and my wife has stamped in her American Passport ( Not entitled to benefits ) that i can understand she being American. But for Eastern Europeans flooding into the UK is like being allowed into a bank and being told to help yourself.

Didn't meen to get you started b.o.

It is about time we had a child benefit system that gave you a helping hand for the first child, a smaller helping hand for a second child and then NOTHING for any further children.  It would save the country money and stop these abuses of the system by people who just seem to have more and more children because they get paid handsomely for doing so.

We should all have these stickers.

A child is for life not just for benefits
